Transparency for the owner
Finance and Control of Russian Operations
We organise accounting and management processes so that the Chinese owner can see the Russian operation's funds, liabilities, variances and financial results.
- Budget versus actuals and a payment schedule
- Management reporting to the owner
- Separation of execution and oversight
Objective
Statutory accounts alone are not enough for management
Statutory accounting meets government requirements. The owner also needs timely information: how much cash is available, who owes the company, which payments are due, where variances have arisen and how much the operation earns.
Financial control is not about prohibiting payments. It means clear rules, limits, supporting evidence and a regular view of the business.
What can go wrong
How an owner loses financial control
Money may flow through a lawful bank account while remaining opaque to the business owner.
One person controls everything
The director initiates a payment, approves it and explains the result without independent review.
Reporting arrives too late
The owner learns about a loss, cash shortfall or debt only after the problem has arisen.
No consistent financial approach
Sales, logistics, marketing and service calculate results using different rules.
JINDAO responsibility
An integrated financial system
Accounting, payments and management data are connected to contracts and actual operations.
Accounting and tax records
Source documents, taxes, reporting and compliance with Russian requirements.
Management report
Revenue, expenses, profit, cash flow and key variances.
Payment schedule
Upcoming liabilities, balances, priorities and prevention of cash shortfalls.
Accounts receivable
Payment deadlines, overdue debts, responsible staff and collection procedures.
Limits and approvals
Payment thresholds, supporting documents and approval of material transactions.
Channel economics
Margins by product, customer, region and sales channel, taking full costs into account.
How the work is organised
From source data to the owner's decision
Every stage ends with a decision, an accountable owner and a control point.
Financial model
We define reporting categories, responsibility centres, indicators and data sources.
Procedures and access rights
We separate payment initiation, approval and oversight, and establish the reporting cycle.
Regular oversight
We compare plans with actuals, explain variances and approve corrective decisions.
Result for the owner
The owner sees the business's financial position without waiting for the annual report
Not a list of completed tasks, but a business state the owner can verify.

Engagement model
What reporting to the owner looks like
The report's contents depend on the project, but the approach is consistent: funds, liabilities, results and decisions.
Balances, receipts, payments, overdue items and variances.
Income, expenses, margins, budget versus actuals and forecasts.
Documents, basis, limit, approval and responsible person.
JINDAO does not sell this module as a one-off service. Scope, timing and fees are defined after the initial assessment.
Frequently asked questions
Before we start
How often does the owner receive a report?
Critical indicators can be provided weekly, with a full management report monthly. The frequency is defined in the project procedures.
Who has access to the bank account?
The allocation of authority depends on the structure. The principle is that no employee should be able to initiate and approve all material transactions without oversight.
Can reports be prepared in Chinese?
The format of reports and explanations can be adapted for the owner while retaining Russian source and accounting documents.
