JINDAO is a distinct brand within the group, created for Chinese OEM/ODM manufacturers and brands that need a local headquarters in Russia. The website is owned and operated by Consultant Legal Company LLC. The JINDAO model draws on the legal and business experience of “Consultant”, which has been operating since 2007.
We do not leave the owner to coordinate unrelated contractors. Legal structure, finance, logistics, team management, marketing and B2B sales operate within one management system.
Whose interests we represent
The Russian team acts in the interests of the Chinese owner. Authority, performance indicators, decision approval procedures and reporting arrangements are agreed in advance. The owner retains control over assets, funds, contracts, the customer base and key access permissions.

Team
The core team brings together 6 lawyers, 3 accountants, and marketing and social media marketing specialists. Depending on the product, a sales manager and specialists in logistics, customs, translation and technical services join the project.
Each factory is assigned a single project lead in Russia. This person coordinates legal matters, finance, sales, marketing, logistics, translators and technical contractors. The factory works with a single point of accountability rather than a chain of providers.
