Supply from China → Russia
Logistics, Customs and Certification in Russia
We connect the contract, route, customs clearance, regulatory documents and labelling into one controlled supply chain.
- Container and consolidated shipments
- Customs clearance and TN VED classification
- Certification, conformity declarations and labelling
Objective
Goods must be ready for the Russian market before leaving China
An error in the commodity code, documents, labelling or completeness can delay a shipment, change the charges and jeopardise a contract. Requirements are checked before batch production and transport booking.
The most expensive customs error is the one discovered after the goods arrive.
What can go wrong
Where shipments lose time and money
A route may be fast, but one inconsistent document or unresolved product requirement can stop the entire chain.
Incorrect classification
The TN VED commodity code affects duties, restrictions and required regulatory documents.
Certification after dispatch
Samples, testing or label changes are prepared too late.
Different data across documents
The contract, invoice, packing list and actual shipment describe the goods differently.
JINDAO responsibility
Supply as one integrated documentary and physical process
The logistics specialist, customs broker, certification body, accountant and supplier work from the same data.
Route and delivery terms
Transport mode, Incoterms, consolidation, timing, cost and allocation of responsibility.
Product classification
Preliminary TN VED code, charges, prohibitions and restrictions.
Customs documents
Contract, specifications, invoice, packing list, transport and payment documents.
Certification
Conformity declarations, certificates, testing, samples and technical documentation.
Labelling
Russian-language information, mandatory markings and the Chestny ZNAK system where applicable.
Shipment control
Completeness, deadlines, deviations, acceptance and transfer of documents to accounting.
How the work is organised
Checks begin before batch production
Every stage ends with a decision, an accountable owner and a control point.
Product requirements
We determine the classification, documents, labelling and possible restrictions.
Preparing the supply chain
We coordinate the contract, invoices, route, broker, certification and responsible parties.
Delivery and completion
We monitor movement, clearance, acceptance and the transfer of documents to accounting.
Result for the owner
The shipment arrives with the documents needed for lawful sales and accounting
Not a list of completed tasks, but a business state the owner can verify.
- 01Calculated logistics and customs costs
- 02A verified document package
- 03Clear duties for the supplier and Russian importer
- 04Regulatory documents and labelling ready at import
- 05Monitoring of deadlines and deviations throughout the chain
Engagement model
Certification and labelling depend on the product
There is no universal list. Requirements are determined by the code, intended use, composition, technical characteristics and sales model.
We check the code, duties and mandatory requirements.
We agree the technical files and Russian-language labelling.
We check regulatory documents and shipment completeness.
JINDAO does not sell this module as a one-off service. Scope, timing and fees are defined after the initial assessment.
Frequently asked questions
Before we start
Can delivery costs be determined without product documents?
Only approximately. A usable calculation requires specifications, quantity, packaging, value, route and a preliminary TN VED code.
Who obtains the certificate or conformity declaration?
This depends on the conformity assessment scheme and the Russian applicant. It is determined before the procedure begins.
Do all goods require Chestny ZNAK marking?
No. Mandatory marking applies to specified categories. Applicability is checked for the particular product and the date the requirements take effect.
Initial project assessment
We will check whether the goods are ready for delivery and sale
We will determine the documents, permits, labelling, route and risk points before the batch is dispatched.
We will ask 7–10 essential questions and explain whether we see a workable model.
